If products are PRE-ORDER, it will take 3-4 weeks to ship out. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to ensure your pre-ordered items are delivered to you promptly once they become available.

If products are PREMADE, it will take 5-7 business days to ship out.

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status and delivery progress of your order.

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost packages through shipment!! Contact shipping carrier if lost.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require payment of a reshipping fee before the order can be sent again.
